OpusClip's details as published on 28 October 2026: pricing, how credits are used. nine16's are from this site. Prices and features change, so check both before you choose.

What a one-hour podcast costs

Say you clip a 60-minute episode and keep six clips. On OpusClip that uses 60 credits, because credits follow the length of the video, so Starter's 150 credits cover two and a half episodes a month. On nine16 it uses 6 credits, one per finished clip, so Creator's 40 clips cover six episodes like it.

The more clips you keep from each video, the better per-minute pricing looks. At list prices, OpusClip Starter is $15 for 150 minutes and nine16 Creator is £15 for 40 clips, so if you keep 15 or more clips from every hour of video, OpusClip can work out cheaper.
